• 12.00am - 12.30pm - Sales Support Update - Neil will facilitate a discussion on our progress with the outstanding sales actions
• 12.30pm - 1.00pm - Lunch - Grab a sandwich and a drink
• 1.00pm - 1.30pm - Team Member Commitment - Now & into the future - Group discussion
• 1.30pm - 2.00pm - Communications Strategy - Planning for the most effective team meetings & conference calls
• 2.00pm - 3.30pm - Sales Role Plays - Identifying the pain & targeting the gain
• 3.30pm - 3.45pm - Break - Grab a drink and phone all those new enquiries
• 3.45pm - 4.00pm - Role Play Review - Group discussion
• 4.00pm - 4.30pm - Shareholder Strategy - Our current thinking led by Johnny
• 4.30pm - 5.00pm - Collective Action Plan - Ensuring we build & maintain momentum
• 5.00pm - 5.10pm - AOB & Close

Lunch will be provided and tea, coffee and soft drinks will be available throughout the day.

A £25 contribution to the cost of the meeting will be requested from all attendees.

Please pay by cash or cheque made payable to Winning Teams Limited. Receipts will be provided.
